1. Comply with the safety operating procedures of general laser cutting machines. The laser is started strictly according to the laser start-up procedure.
2. Operators must be trained, familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment, and master the relevant knowledge of the operating system.
3. Wear labor protective equipment as required, and protective glasses that meet the requirements must be worn near the laser beam.
4. Before knowing whether a certain material can be irradiated or heated by laser, do not process it to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam. 5. When the equipment is started, the operator shall not leave the post or custody without authorization. If you really need to leave, you should stop or cut off the power switch.
6. Fire extinguishers should be placed in an accessible place; turn off the laser or switch when not processing; paper, cloth or other flammable materials should not be placed near the unprotected laser beam.
7. When any abnormality is found during processing, stop the machine immediately, troubleshoot or report to the supervisor in time.
8. Keep the laser, bed and surrounding area clean, orderly and free of oil, and stack workpieces, plates and waste materials according to regulations.
9. When using gas cylinders, avoid crushing the welding wires to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders should comply with the gas cylinder supervision procedures. Do not expose cylinders to sunlight or near heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand on the side of the bottle mouth.
10. High voltage safety regulations should be followed during maintenance. Maintenance every 40 hours or weekly, hourly or every six months should be carried out in accordance with regulations and procedures.
11. After starting, start the machine tool manually at low speed in X and Y directions, and check whether there is any abnormality.
12. After inputting a new program, it should be tested and checked first.
13. When working, pay attention to observe the operation of the machine tool to avoid accidents caused by the effective stroke of the cutting machine or the collision of two machines.
