Laser Marking Machine Use Process

Check the waterway and circuit before starting the machine. The boot sequence is:
① Connect the incoming power and turn on the key switch. At this time, the ventilation of the machine and the refrigeration system are powered on, and the ammeter displays a value of about 7A;
② Wait for 5-10 seconds, press the trigger button on the outer control panel, the ammeter will display a value of zero, after 3-5 seconds, the krypton lamp will be lit, and the ammeter will display a value of 7A. (Refer to the operation manual of the laser power supply);
③ Turn on the power of the vibrating mirror;
④ Turn on the computer and call out the required marking file;
⑤ Adjust the laser power supply to the working current (10-18A), and then start marking;
After marking, turn off the power supply of each component in reverse order according to the above:
① Adjust the working current of the laser power supply to the minimum (about 7A);
② Shut down the computer;
③ Turn off the power supply of the galvanometer;
④ Press the stop button;
⑤ Turn off the key switch;
⑥ Disconnect the incoming power supply.
