It is suitable for plates with different surface conditions, including galvanized plates, etc. It is powerful and can avoid damage to the cutting head and system.

Excellent Design.Optimized optical configuration and smooth gas circuit to improve cutting quality and efficiency significantly.
Auto Focus.Auto focus to reduce human intervention. Auto focus range is -12~+10mm and focusing accuracy is 0.05mm.
Multiple Cover Glasses.Added cover glasses to protect the collimation lens effectively.
Drawer Type Lens Holder.Drawer type cover glass holder to facilitate replacement.

A firm and stable bed is the basis for the stable operation of the cutting machine.
Only when the bed quality is good enough , can the machine remain stable in the state of high-speed cutting ,  to ensure the precision of cutting, and also protect other parts of the machine from damage.

Our machine beds are all independently designed and all produced in our own factories, ensuring that the quality of every detail is under our control

High compressive strength and high hardness. Strong shock absorption and wear resistance. Low thermal sensitivity and bed gap sensitivity reduce the loss of equipment in using, so the machine accuracy could maintain for a long time, and no deformation in a life cycle..

 

We use our own designed and produced aviation aluminum alloy beams, unlike many other manufacturers who still use traditional steel beams.
The beam's load-bearing capacity is greatly increased while reducing its weight . This makes the cutting head move faster and cut faster, while reducing the load-bearing capacity of the bed , and to better protect the equipment.
